Travel through Canada to another international destination

When you change airplanes, you will go from your arrival gate to the Canada Border Services Agency area for international connections. A border officer will screen you before you can access the international departure lounge.
Where connection areas are and the hours they are open may be different in each airport. Check with your airline if you have questions about the connection process for your trip.
Missing a flight connection or arriving after hours

There may be situations that disrupt your travel while you are in Canada. These can include:

missing your connecting flight at the Canadian airport (for example, your flight arrived outside of the United States Customs and Border Protection hours described above) or
being refused entry to the United States
In each of these situations, you are no longer exempt from needing a visa under the Transit Without Visa Program. You will need to go to the Canada Border Services Agency to be screened before you can arrange to keep travelling.

لا أظن أنه يمكنك الحصول على تأشيرة سياحية كندية إلا من سفارة كندية في بلد تكونين مقيمة فيه.

أما بالنسبة لطلب اللجوء عند السفارة الكندية فهو يتطلب أن يرغبوا هم بمساعدتك فيتصلوا بجهة ما في كندا لتقوم بكفالتك بملغ 13000 دولار كندي. طبعا لا خسارة في التجريب، لكن لا أظن أنهم سيتفاعلون إلا مع شخصيات مهمة جدا بالنسبة لهم.
