South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau are western-allied jurisdictions. They respect human rights.
Thailand, India, Laos, Cambodia are shit holes, they are poor and are easily influenced.
She will be safe in the first category of countries for transit and for seeking asylum, minus HK and Macau where I do not recommend claiming asylum - because attaining citizenship there will be close to impossible, and she will need a valid KSA passport to renew her visa/iqama

Re: بشأن دول شرق اسيا
Macau is a Specially Administered Region of China. It is, for all intents and purposes, a part of China. As with Hong Kong, you cannot get the citizenship of Macau, only a permanent iqama (permanent residency, the green biometric passport that is used as a passport).
You can travel visa-free to Europe using this booklet, but becoming a citizen of China, as in, the mainland-Beijing China, is close to impossible. You can still be subject to deportation to Saudi Arabia, as you are still a Saudi Arabian - just with a travel document allowing you to visit the EU for 90 days without a visa, and allowing you to live in Macau. I did find mention of a law that was introduced in 2004 in a document about refugees, but I cannot find any guide on the procedure for asking asylum in Macau.
You do realise that you need to speak Portuguese and Chinese in order to find a job? Are you aware that small apartments tend to be for sale upwards of a million dollars US? Macau is somewhere rich people go from Mainland China and Hong Kong to gamble, it is a Monaco in Eastern Asia. 5 people from Macau have claimed asylum elsewhere, if that tells you anything about the situation there
I repeat, South Korea or Japan are the only places worth seeking asylum in. Japan has only granted asylum to 28 people, none of whom were Arab. Maybe you could get citizenship of Japan or South Korea, and then relocate to Macau?

Corrupt shitholes. They will deport you and assist in bringing you home. Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan are perhaps the only places where you should consider seeking asylum.
