Do Saudi women need their guardian's permission to fly out of Jordan?

Do Saudi women need any letters or permission papers to leave Jordan on a flight to a country on transit to Australia/New Zealand at irregular hours?

If a woman escapes at 3am, this will be suspicious, but are there any laws requiring Saudi women to have papers/Absher authorisation like in Saudi Arabia, or is that only valid in the KSA and GCC states?

Absolutely no , Saudi women can fly anywhere without any permission if they’re out of Saudi Arabia

Absher electronic permission from male guardian for Saudi woman is only required when leaving KSA.

Not in GCC countries. Not anywhere else.

But outside Saudi Arabia, age restrictions may apply according to local laws.

Have there been cases of Jordanian authorities bending the rules, "accommodating other cultures" and requesting permission from Saudi authorities/parents? In theory, Saudis don't need permission to transit Malaysia but yet some were returned from relatively "liberal" Muslim countries

P.S, 18 is the age of legal majority in Jordan, right?

Jordanian authorities are more corrupt than authorities in the Philippines.

They can return someone who's in the country, but if someone is meant to be with family and runs away from a family meeting, once they've left, nothing can be done.

Say, what's the safest way for a Saudi to travel from Jordan to Australia, avoiding any corrupt countries prone to returning her back home?

The - theoretically - safest route is a transit through Europe (Paris, Frankfurt or Rome) to Seoul but if they suspect that she is seeking asylum in Europe they might deny her boarding. Once in Seoul, she can plan her next step to Australia.

A relatively safe - and cheap - flight would be Amman-Istanbul-Seoul or Amman-Istanbul-Hong Kong with a connecting flight to Australia.

The third option would be a transit through Qatar which is now at tension with Saudi Arabia and is currently not expected to cooperate with the Saudi government. But Jordanian authorities might detect her intention because it is uncommon for a Saudi citizen to visit Qatar amid this crisis.

So she can't come clean with her intentions of travelling to Australia and use that as a reason to allow her to board a flight transiting Qatar?

I would rather than her heading west, transiting a Muslim country (Turkey), she flies directly east. Perhaps, a flight to Kiev, and from Kiev, via France, Singapore, Australia... Ukraine is 3hr30 away... if she runs away at night, perhaps she can get to Ukraine before her mom wakes up?

Will France ask her for a visa for this strange trip?

where is her final destination ?

if she is going to newzeland she would need a transit visa if she is transiting in Austrlia

https://www.border.gov.au/Lega/Lega/For ... -australia

i think she has to find a flight that goes through a european country that does not stop in arabic country or Austrlia
