Your information is optimistic at best, very wrong at worst.

Switzerland is very racist. Not openly, no one will tell you anything to your face, as Swiss people are very polite, but, as an example, the process of receiving Swiss citizenship citizenship requires you to really kiss Swiss ass. Without citizenship, you will be paid way less than the amount promised, and once you get citizenship, others will tend to mysteriously get jobs you were just told there were no vacancies for

What you call "racism in Switzerland" is only 1/10 of what a Saudi citizen can face inside Saudi Arabia, and 1/1000 of what an Indian can face inside Saudi Arabia.

You don't understand. A friend of mine is half Filipino, half Lebanese. She doesn't speak Tagalog. She is extremely well educated and well dressed, yet she is often referred to as "the maid". In Saudi Arabia, it's about what you look like, more than what papers you have. If you are a Pakistani who's ancestors moved 40-50 years ago to Saudi Arabia, you will always be a Pakistani, even if you and your family has Saudi citizenship. In Switzerland, it is the same thing.

If your name is Mohammad Abdultizi, then without looking at your picture (assuming you have one on your resumé), you will not get the job in CH. In Saudi Arabia, it would say "Mohammad Abdultizi, citizenship: British", and just from that, your salary would bump up several times, even if you are Pakistani

I repeat: all what you describe about what you call "racism in Switzerland" is only 1/10 of what a Saudi citizen can face inside Saudi Arabia.
