Members of the Commonwealth, visa free to the UK, Europe, etc. Citizenship granted to parents of kids born on island after a year. This way, no need to register kid with Saudi authorities, kid doesn't have to be stateless, and mom can fly to Europe visa-free and seek asylum/residency. Spain has a thing where if you don't get your documents checked for 3 years, you can automatically claim amnesty and get an 2qama, (and eventually citizenship)
